So happy we finally tried this place out as there are not many great Mediterranean places in/near Fullerton. It's like a chipotle but for Mediterranean food and OMG!! The food is so fresh and flavorful! The prices are great and they are generous with their portions. The workers and the owner are so kind and amicable. My mom got a bowl w grilled chicken (they provide a side of pita for free) and I got a classic gyro. I usually get very sleepy after eating out but this food made me feel so refreshed and satisfied. Would highly highly recommend to anyone who would like a fresh and delicious meal. Eating area is spotless and everyone is so kind and welcoming. Wish we came here sooner!!! Will definitely be coming back.
Excellent service, owners truly care about their business. The homemade spicy sauce is an absolute must. They have a real healthy sauce too which is good. It fills you up just right not too much yet doesn't leave you hungry. Great food. Also the fountain drink blood orange is good. Service is superb!! Even their plates and bowls were made of better quality . If in area, I would go. It's a hidden gem.
I was in LA last weekend, and coincidently it was their opening weekend. I was glad, as I had tried The Simple Greek a year ago in New Jersey and liked it. Got a Chicken Shawarma plate, and was not disappointed. Service was great and the owner seemed to be greeting everyone. Loved the spicy sauce. Though speed could be improved, I don't hold that against them on the opening weekend. They will get the hang of it.
What a treat I must say I been eyeballing this place for a while. Finally made time to come over here and try it out and let me tell you we worth the wait. I shall come back many more times.
Glad I came to try it out. Promptly greeted and the menu is easy to understand. Ordered the gyro plate and my favorite place after a 11 miles mtn bike ride. Definitely worth it and coming back...
Omg...so good! Waze gave us bad directions - to to the south of imperial, it’s on the north side right next to Starbucks. I had beef&lamb on a salad...my sister had the same on a gyro. Super friendly people. You pick your base, then meat & go wild with the olives, tomatoes, garbanzo beans, feta, sauces (plus a bunch of more sides). It’s so delicious. Fresh. Wow! My sister said they are doing a really good job,...she hasn’t been this warmly welcomed in a long time. Like a breath of fresh air. Tim was so awesome! His knowledge & enthusiasm were a welcome introduction on our first visit. He knows the menu and good food combinations. We will be back! (I saw dolmas as well...I didn’t try them, but they look yummy!!
